For more than 25 years, my working life was centered around professional kitchens.

Being a chef taught me much more than how to create food. It taught me discipline, creativity, leadership, organization, patience and how to perform under pressure. Every service required careful planning, strong communication and attention to detail.

Those skills became part of who I am.

Over time, however, I began to feel ready for a new direction. I wanted to challenge myself, learn modern skills and create something that could grow beyond the kitchen.

This is where my digital journey began.

I started learning about digital marketing, website development, content creation, e-commerce, social media, SEO, and artificial intelligence. What began as an interest quickly became a serious goal.

I enrolled on professional courses, completed qualifications, earned industry certifications and began putting what I learned into practice.

Rather than just studying the theory, I started building real projects.

I created websites, developed content strategies, designed social media campaigns, explored email marketing and began building a professional portfolio.

Every project helped me understand more about how businesses attract customers, communicate online and build a strong digital presence.

It represents a major change in my life. Moving from a long career in hospitality into the digital world while using the skills and experience i gained along the way.

My background as a chef still plays a important part in what i do.
